Natacha is a Registered Psychologist and has over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sector, working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. Natacha’s warm and transparent approach allows clients to explore their mental health in a safe environment. She has a person-centered approach fostering a collaborative therapeutic alliance with clients in developing personal goals and strengthening resilience.
Natacha has a special interest in single-event and complex trauma, attachment, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, mood disorders, emotional dysregulation, behaviour management, and parenting. Natacha is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focussed CBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, Circle of Security, Dialectical and Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Family Based Therapy (FBT), as well as training, is Bruce Perry’s Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics to work with at-risk children. Natacha’s qualifications include Bachelor of Psychology with Honours. She is also an accredited Trauma Focussed CBT Supervisor.
