The Government’s current advice is that, unfortunately, Massage Therapy must now CEASE for the safety of clients and practitioners.

Services still available:

• Osteopathy (Please bring a clean bath towel that can be used in the face hole for your appointment.)
• Podiatry
• Acupuncture/TCM
• NLP/Hypnosis
• Psychology (Skype/Zoom or via telephone)
• Counseling (telephone/Telehealth)

Given the Australian government’s current advice we will remain operational as an essential service to the community and this may change in short notice.

As hygiene practice has always been a priority for us and we are now taking extra effort to ensure that with your help we can do even more.

We would like to ask that you use our sanitiser upon arrival and when leaving the clinic. This will be conveniently positioned at the front desk. Our support staff will request you do this, if you have any concerns, there is a hand wash station right behind the front desk. We have introduced routine sanitisation of all commonly touched items including door handles, handrails etc.

• Please bring a clean bath towel that can be used in the face hole for your appointment.

The towel will be used to make a face hole that you can lie in.  We will then cover it with a disposable face shield and you can take your towel home when finished. Our protective face shield is as always changed between every client and the treatment tables will now be wiped down with a sanitising solution between sessions.

• Alternatively, upon request, you may wish to lay only on your back or side, without using the face hole through the session and that is something we can easily accommodate.
• A reminder too that every treatment room has medical-grade hand wash stations and we as always wash our hands before/ after every client. Feel free to utilise the hand wash stations.
• If you feel unwell or have been in contact with someone who has, isolating yourself until you have been given the all-clear is the right thing to do. We will respect your decision and review our cancellation policy for such cases.
• No show appointments without notice will still uphold our cancellation fee.

Remember that toilet paper won’t save you, compassion, hygiene and a little bit of extra effort is all we need right now.
